At Bonita Cacao we honour the wisdom of the land, protecting and cultivating ancestral cacao from centuries-old trees in the northeast of the Dominican Republic. We work with ancient, non-hybrid varieties, selected for their deep flavour, spiritual properties and connection to our roots. Each bean is fermented, sun-dried and prepared at source by wise women, in harmony with the natural rhythms of the forest. We offer premium ceremonial cocoa, with a focus on forest regeneration, female empowerment and ethical trade. Our cocoa is ideal for rituals, ceremonies and conscious wellness practices.
